In developing this concept, I had 2 goals: 1) To produce the highest quality dessert that embodied the authentic values of Alberta and supports our local food producers and small businesses, and 2) To promote our local artists. The combined result is Alberta Whisky Cake.
We use as many local supplies as possible, including rye whisky from a local independently-owned distillery, family-owed bakery, packager & printing service.
