Crown Pickle is a one-man operation led by David Courteau, who works as the pastry chef at Leméac restaurant in Montréal. Courteau started making pickles in his free time. From there, he set up Crown Pickle, the tasteful adventure of preserving the humble cucumbers and making smooth tomato ketchup.
