This dressing will enhance the natural taste of your salads and it’s also delicious in marinade with steaks or for cooking oil. MAPLE AND SCOTS PINEThe delicate taste of Scots pine goes well with maple syrup. This dressing is very popular in a salad with apples and walnuts, as well in a salad of bean sprouts or legumes. It is ideal as a marinade or cooking oil to pork, ham and chicken. It can also be used to marinate some fish, including walleye, salmon, etc. STRAWBERRY, MINT AND WHITE SPRUCE: Its aroma is very subtle. The fine taste of white spruce, mixed with strawberry of Quebec and wild mint, gives at this dressing a very refined taste. The obvious choice of salad dressing that accompanies pasta, white meat and especially lamb. RASPBERRIES, CRANBERRIES AND BALSAM FIR: The intense and pronounced aroma of balsam fir offers a striking and exquisite taste. Raspberries and cranberries flavors released the taste of the fir tree and provides a sparkling finish. This dressing is perfect on a salad, alone or as an accompaniment to red or white meat. It is excellent mixed with minced meat, which is still used as a cooking oil for red or white meat.

Our production is done in the Augustinian Center, a non-profit organisation that helps people with mental health issues, and "Le Cristal", a center aimed at mental health recovery.
EPICEA helps people at Le Cristal to better manage their stress, as well as providing them an opportunity to do something useful, beautiful and delicious.
The production of vinaigrettes and jelly also allows these people to receive a salary for their work while recovering.
Our six dressings and our jelly are a unique blend of the diverse flavours found in the boreal forest and fresh fruits and vegetables.

EPICEA, est une compagnie spécialisée dans la fabrication de produits a saveur boréale. La production s'effectue au Centre Augustinien (organisme a  but non lucratif qui oeuvre aupres de personne ayant une problématique de santé mentale ou un diagnostic de maladie mentale).
EPICEA aide les personnes a  mieux gérer leur stress, donne l’occasion non seulement de faire quelque chose d’utile, mais de beau et de bon. La production des vinaigrettes et gelée permet aussi a  des personnes de trouver un travail rémunéré tout en étant valorisant et supervisé.
Il existe six sortes de vinaigrettes et une gelée de piment à la marguerite qui font découvrir la saveur et le baume des principaux coniferes de la Boréalie. Et pour accompagner ces saveurs forestieres, des fruits et des légumes frais complètent le mélange. Nous retrouvons celle au Framboise, Canneberge et Sapin Baumier; Fraise, Menthe et epinette Blanche; Bleuet et epinette Noire; Légumes du Jardin et Pin Gris, Erable et Pin Sylvestre et finalement Poireaux et épinette blanche.
