  • Hummingbird Chocolate Zorzal Cacao 70% (Almonte ON) - Immediate notes of fruit greet you upon first taste of this award-winning chocolate harvested from a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic. Silver at both the Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Awards (Americas) in 2018.
  • Palette de Bine Haiti PISA 70% (Mont-Tremblant QC) - The cocoa beans for this chocolate bar are known to be flavourful and lightly fruity, which give this chocolate a taste of fig, mild tart cherry and a roasted nuttiness. International Chocolate Awards WORLD 2016 SILVER.
  • Desbarres Black Pepper Cardamom 72% (Uxbridge ON) - At first you might say “Pepper in chocolate? Are you kidding?” but after one taste of this unique chocolate bar, you may just find yourself with a new combination.  The tellicherry black pepper is nicely matched with the Tanzanian origin chocolate, and cardamom, the third-most expensive spice in the world, adds a touch of luxury and an herbal-spice flair.  Gold winner at the Canadian division of the International Chocolate Awards in 2017, and Bronze winner in the World final of the same year.

  • Ambrosia Bean To Bar's 70% Chuno Classico (Waterloo ON) - Made from Trinatario-Arciollando heritage cacao beans with criollo genes, sustainably sourced in Nicaragua.  The flavours are very citrus based, with hints of lime and orange blossom, as well as olives, nuts and spices.
  • ​Sirene's Ch'abil (Victoria BC) - Ch’abil means “nice” or “good” in Q’eqchi Mayan. In the lush, mountainous region of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, the indigenous Q’eqchi Maya farmers grow a magnificent cacao bean. Their heritage traces thousands of years, back to chocolate’s probable origins in the ancient Mayan civilization. This dark milk bar uses cardamom grown in the same region as the beans, with a bit of crunchy cacao nib added for texture. Bronze academy of chocolate 2018, Silver winner 2018 International Chocolate Awards.
  • Avanaa's Chai (Montreal QC) - A 70% dark chocolate bar, deeply infused with Avanaa's house blend chai spices and hints of Darjeeling tea.

Store Policy

Gift boxes typically ship 2-3 business days after receipt of order. This excludes the CHEF'S BOX and Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Subscriptions (see the subscription for shipping information). Each box is custom ordered and packed. As a result, changes cannot be made once an order is placed. Our goal is to always send out the freshest possible small batch goods. Occasionally we'll ship something slightly different than what's listed, but we promise it will be equally delicious!
