The Caramel Collection is a collection of all 4 milk bars. Handmade from the finest coverture chocolate, each bar is individually handpainted by Laura in luxurious colours. Wrapped in authentic Japanese Chiyogami paper, each bar offers a superlative visual and taste experience for the true chocolate lover. Each bar is 50g. Laura Slack is a Toronto based artisan chocolatier and pastry chef. An avid baker since childhood, Laura honed her passion through a combination of formal education and practical work experience. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Science, Laura began her training through the Baking and Pastry Arts program at George Brown College. She then completed a professional chocolatier program at École Chocolat and attended the prestigious Callebaut Academy. Laura went on to complete an internship at Knipschildt in Conneticut and then worked as a pastry chef for David Lee at Nota Bene.
