Choose 3 or 6 jars (each 314 ml)  from our wonderful selection of chutneys and jams - just put the names of those you select in the Special Instructions to us in your Shopping Basket! These are all small batch, hand cut, kettle simmered condiments and preserves prepared in our artisanal kitchen.  Using treasured family recipes which have stood the test of time, our small team of dedicated chefs and cooks prepare these gourmet treats with care and love. Our chutneys include: Lady Ross Mustard Pickle - A long time favourite at our restaurant that's delicious with tourtières, cheeses and charcuterie. East India Tomato Pickle - The yin to Lady Ross's yang - or vice versa. This tomato pickle is also excellent with tourtières, cheese and charcuterie. Mango Chutney - Excellent with curries, cheese, chicken and pork Partridgeberry compote - Excellent with duck, cheese, poultry and pâté Quebec Cranberry Compote - Delicious with chicken and turkey or cheese (especially with warm brie/camembert or goat's cheese) Spicy Red Pepper Jelly - Delicious as a dipping sauce for asian finger foods, with shrimp balls or with cheese. Autumn Harvest Chutney - a delicious savoury chutney made with root vegetables. Ideal with cold meats, cheeses and charcuterie.  Our jams are made from real, unprocessed fruits - classic preserves that capture a fleeting harvest bounty at the height of its season. We keep the ingredients simple - fruit, sugar and a touch of lemon juice. Choose from any of the following: Québec Raspberry Jam, Québec Mixed Berry Jam, or Seville Orange Marmalade.

With an award-winning menu and wine list, sprawling gardens and elegant, country charm, Restaurant Les Fougères has been a top destination restaurant in the Gatineau Hills for nearly 20 years. In 2002, realising the demand for quality prepared foods, Les Fougères added a gourmet store, where they offer chef-made gourmet take-home fare. In 2011 an artisinal production kitchen was added, and Les Fougères gourmet prepared foods are now available in select fine grocers throughout the province of Québec and on FoodiePages.ca.

Red Pepper Chilli Jelly: red peppers, red and white currants, cider vinegar, vinegar, water, chilli peppers, coriander, spices. Partridgeberry Compote: Partridgeberries, red and white currants, onions, Pommery mustard, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spices Autumn Harvest Chutney: Tomatoes, turnips, onions, green and red peppers, celery, cucumber, apricots, cranberries, orange juice, cider vinegar, mustard seed, tamarind paste, spices. Quebec Cranberry Compote: Cranberries, onions, sugar, orange juice, Pommery mustard, balsamic vinegar, port, red and white currants. Strawberry Jam: strawberries, sugar, lemon juice. Raspberry Jam: raspberries, sugar, lemon juice Seville Orange Marmalade: Seville oranges, sugar.
