Mark’s Barbados Style Hot Sauce is a traditional Bajan style ‘pepper sauce’ featuring mango, papaya, pineapple and fiery Scotch Bonnet peppers. This sauce is both sweet and spicy and kept chunky offering a different flavour with each bite. A delicious tropical companion to any dish. Mark's sauces are 100% natural and preservative-free. After eight years in the restaurant business working for reputable Montreal spots like Nora Gray, Le Majestique, and Mais, I decided that it was time to take a leap of faith and head out on my own. Starting out as a passion project brewing in the back of my mind during long days in the kitchen, I launched Mark's Hot Sauce in 2014 as an attempt to stay creative, as well as promote awareness of spicy foods here in Montreal. I have three kinds of hot sauce as well as a dry BBQ rub currently available; but with dozens of ideas for new products, make sure you check back frequently for updates. I will continue to make delicious, wholesome products the old-fashioned way, so that each one tastes as good as they possibly can.

Ingredients: Natural spring water, onions, fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers, mango, pineapple, papaya, carrots, vinegar, spices, mustard, garlic, sea salt. Ingrédients: Eau de source, oignons, piments Scotch-Bonnet, mangues, ananas, papayes, carottes, vinaigre, épices, moutarde, ail, sel de mer.
