Maple Balsamic Glaze Recipe
1/4 cup grapefruit juice or orange juice
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp (approx) Pixie Chicks Maple Salmon Rub
Cook over medium/low heat until liquid is reduced by half, or until it reaches desired consistency. Drizzle over bacon during the last few minutes of cooking, or try it on ham, roasted veggies, salmon, scallops, or prawns.
