Whole Bean Coffee // Birch Bark Coffee. Mark Marsolais-Nahwegahbow is the founder of innovative First Nations social enterprise Birch Bark Coffee Company. The Ottawa-based company sources and blends organic, certified fair trade coffee and proceeds from the sale of every bag go toward the purchase of water purification systems for Indigenous homes.

Traditional Maple Syrup 200ml // Wabanaki. Wabanaki is a female-led, indigenous-owned business that operates in Negotkuk (Tobique First Nation). Using 100% New Brunswick made maple syrup, they harvest, boil and refine with techniques dating back generations. Proceeds from sales support the reforestation and revitalization of local communities and their forests.

Crispy Pancake Mix // Zoe Ford. Montreal-based Zoe Ford has always strived to be inclusive in many ways. This year, they started working with two local organizations that use factory work training and jobs to educate those individuals with differing capabilities and more specialized needs. 

Milk Chocolate Bar // Peace by Chocolate. This family-owned chocolate business is located in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Proceeds from this bar benefit nitap cultural programming within the community of the Paq'tnkek Mi'kmaw Nation, just east of Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Salted Chocolate Caramel Popcorn // Comeback Snacks. Comeback Snacks is on a mission to raise awareness for second chances. Founder Emily O’Brien, who has been incarcerated herself, advocates for employment for those who were formerly incarcerated, and provides a space where people can share their stories.
