Welcome to Cubit's. We sell high quality, organically grown, rare and heirloom seeds for home vegetable gardens.
We believe that everyone can grow their own delicious organic produce and love helping families grow their own food. We split our time between urban gardens in the busy city of Toronto & our small farm in picturesque Prince Edward County.
Cubit's started in our own backyard of a rented apartment in downtown Toronto where our mascot, Hazel, frequently dug up the gardens. After growing into several city yards, both our own and those volunteered by friends and family, we decided to break ground on a beautiful Ontario farm.
Laura is an urban gardener, tenderfoot farmer, photographer, entrepreneur and owner of ethical seed company Cubit’s. A born and raised city girl from Toronto with a background in the fine arts it’s only logical that she has recently convinced her family to try their hands at farming.
As author and photographer of www.cubitsorganics.com Laura shares her appetite for local food, ethical food production, organic vegetable gardening and cooking whole foods with her young family.
Cubit’s is a family business and Laura’s husband Ryan works along side her while they raise their daughter Rebecca and son Robin.
