Haiti PISA 70% Chocolate Bar // Palette de Bine. Owner Christine personally selects her beans from independent producers around the world, and roasts, grinds, ages, tempers, moulds, and wraps them in her Mont-Tremblant workshop. The care has earned her numerous international awards.
