Real, sweet, white peach puree marbled with the blush of juicy and slightly tart raspberries make these marshmallows divine. Using no artificial flavouring or colours, it is no wonder that this treat leaves you begging for more. Use them on skewers with fruit to dip in a chocolate fountain, cut into quarters to replace sugar cubes in your tea, or eat them as is. There are endless ways to use this childhood favourite into recipes. Each package includes 8 generously-cut marshmallows and weighs approximately 135 grams.

Marshmallow Maven Tina Bacon lived in Mission, BC with her husband and three young 'Bacon Bits'. She started The Pink Spatula in 2009 after battling and overcoming breast cancer. Her desire was to create small batches of sweets using real ingredients free of preservatives, additives, and artificial flavours and colours.

Tina knew the value of smiles and loved to watch them spread across people's faces as they bit into the most amazing marshmallows. Her love for people flowed into all the work that she did with The Pink Spatula – creating, learning, never giving up, and always staying optimistic. Her dedication paid off when she earned the Business Excellence Award from the Mission Chamber of Commerce and was acclaimed in both Maclean’s Magazine and the Huffington Post.

Unfortunately, Tina’s battle wasn’t over as she was diagnosed with cancer again in 2013. Despite her health struggles, she never ceased to amaze people with her joyful attitude and continued to make these sweet pillows of gooey goodness.

Tina passed away on April 12th, 2015.

To honour The Pink Spatula’s legacy, Kitchening&Co. recreates Tina’s heart-filled marshmallow recipes in remembrance of Tina’s bravery and optimism that she brought to the community.

Just tried the Holiday Spice - it was delicious and I loved that it wasn`t super sweet. Can`t wait to try the toasted coconut next.
