When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on the time of year. Outside of the holiday season, we do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours. Please note order processing time is in addition to the shipping time that you select at checkout.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at orders@foodiepages.ca. If your order has not been shipped, we can update the address. If your order has shipped, please contact UPS My Choice or Canada Post to have the shipping address updated. Any fees charged by the carrier for updating addresses would be payable by the caller.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We cannot accept order cancellations, changes or refunds once your order has been prepared for shipment, dispatched or delivered.

Can I ship to multiple addresses without creating multiple orders?

Yes! We offer a MultiShip option at checkout. When you reach the Shopping Cart page (/cart), check the box to 'Ship to Multiple Addresses’. You will be transferred to our MultiShip cart where you can identify a shipping address for each gift.

What do I do if my order is ‘returned to sender’?

If your order has been returned to sender, please reach out to orders@foodiepages.ca for further assistance. Please note that returned packages are subject to return shipping fees from the shipping carrier. The purchaser is normally responsible for both the return shipping costs as well as the reshipping costs.

My box is a gift - will there be a receipt in the package?

Rest assured, when shipping out your order, we do not include any sort of receipt, invoice, or packing slip that includes pricing.

Can I request that my order is delivered on a specific date?

While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, we’ll do everything we can do to make it happen. Make a note of this in the Special Instructions box of your Shopping Cart. If you’ve already placed your order, email us at orders@foodiepages.ca and if your order hasn't been processed we can ship your order out closer to the requested day. We’ll ship your order on the day we estimate is most likely to result in the parcel arriving on your preferred delivery date.

Can I view the status of my order?

Provided you have completed your email address as part of the checkout process, we’ll keep you posted on all order updates from the moment you place your order right up to when your order is delivered. If you have placed an order but haven't heard from us, check your spam folder for your email order confirmation. If you have no luck there, contact us at orders@foodiepages.ca and we'll send you the email updates you've been missing.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your foodiepages purchase for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team at orders@foodiepages.ca for further assistance.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Reach out to orders@foodiepages.ca to complete this request.
