A graduate of Vancouver’s Ecole Chocolat, Toronto-based chocolate maker Laura Slack doubles as a pastry chef and considers her chocolates to be "edible art". She prepares her tasty confections by hand using traditional methods without additives or preservatives. This bar is hand wrapped in authentic Japanese Chiyogami paper. 

Temperance Red Blend Wine  // Westcott Vineyards

Niagara-based Westcott Vineyards is a small, artisanal winery focused on hand-crafted chardonnay and pinot noir wines. Their Temperance is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. Notes of ripe black cherry, red liquorice and strawberry. Fresh and fruit forward, this is a light bodied, low alcohol, easy drinking red.
