Great product but Canada Post is a terrible shipper

I love your products and service but I was very disappointed that my elderly father in law had to go and pick up his parcel from the Canada Post dispatch - they are in their 80s and home all day! CP did not even try to deliver it. He then didn't have it at their closest branch/outlet but had to drive across the city to go pick it up on the other end of it. Please use a courier service, or at least allow us to select that option next time.
